Shipping (3-5 Business Days)
Please allow 1 -3 business days for processing (not including holidays or Sundays). When your package is ready to ship you will receive a tracking number to the email associated with your order.
Standard Shipping W/ Signature (3-5 Business Days)
For the protection & convenience of our customers, we offer the option of shipping your order with signature required shipping, with a signature we can guarantee your package has been delivered to you.
Heels 2 Strut is not RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen packages which is why we STRONGLY RECOMMEND and offer shipping with signature option. Please contact USPS and create a claim to have your issue investigated. If you are not at home the time of the attempt, the driver may choose to reattempt your package at another time or return the package back to us if several attempts are made without success. Please make alternative arrangements if you do not expect to be at home during delivery, or if your apartment has security access policies for deliveries.
Returns & Exchanges
All eligible items must be returned or exchanged within:
Within 10 days from the date item is delivered for a FULL REFUND
Within 30 days for a Store Credit. (Store Credit can be used immediately on Valid for 1 year)
Please send us an email at info@heels2strut.com with the order number. Once we receive your email we will provide you with a return shipping label to return your item(s). Items must be in original condition (unworn/undamaged/unaltered).
We can only accept returns that are in the original, resell-able condition. We recommend when trying on the shoes if you are not sure on how they will fit to try the shoes on in a carpet area where you will be avoiding getting the sole of the shoes dirty. If you dirty the shoes while trying it on it will not be accepted. That shoe is now considered dirty and cannot be-resold.
Any shoes returned with signs of wear or damage that may have taken place while in your possession will prohibit your return. Returns that do not meet this criteria will be deemed non-returnable and will be denied.
